Throughout my life I have been an active yo yo dieter. I have tried many different diets along the way. Some I have been successful of and some I have not. I have tried diet pills, Slim fast, counting calories, starving myself, and my favorite, Weight Watchers. I have used weight watchers to help lose weight several times in my life. Each time has proven to be effective to the way I lose weight. It is mostly because I am determined to do it and I know that I can keep going when I can. My only issue is that I can't afford the $8 a week to go to meetings or the money to pay for accessing their very informative website. I know that if I was able to utilize at least one of these two outlets for a program that I love to use, I would be able to do better in the program.
It has been awhile since I have faithfully used Weight Watchers. In that time, I have gained back the twenty five pounds I have lost and added another twenty to it. I am by far a thin person. I am not even close to being just an obese person. I am severely obese and my weight has taken me over. I have a huge difficulty in finding clothes that look attractive on me. I find that eating food is a comfort and I hate to exercise.
When I do exercise, I make sure to wear my new balance sneakers. These are by far the most comfortable sneakers that I have ever owned. I feel that I can walk farther and even attempt to run sometimes. Although at this weight you don't want to see me running. I may just make cracks in the sidewalk.
I plan to begin my weight watcher's journey again. I am looking for some support in this. With my husband and I both out of the job, it is difficult to attend and pay for meetings. I just hope and pray that I can find a way to do this. Check out the Weight Watchers website for yourself. Maybe we could be Weight Watcher buddies. I'll just strap on my new balance sneakers and head out for a brisk walk on the treadmill.
As a photographer, I tend to be on my feet a lot. Wearing my new balance sneakers helps me to keep on my feet a lot longer than any other shoe that I have ever worn. The best part is that they are made right here in Maine! I love made in the USA products. I love them even more when they are made in my home state.
For now I will start counting my points and jump back on the treadmill. Updates and weight loss counts will begin. Wish me luck. I know I need it.

When I'm doing well it's usually because I simply limit my calories. But that is easier said than done, right?? :/
Exactly. I have an issue with sweets a lot. They are my best friend some days.
